Introduction to Wells Daily Fishing Forecast >>>

Below is an example of how to interpret the Wells Daily Fishing Forecast tables. Note: Many things can upset tide and current tables. Cold fronts, thunder storms, winds, etc. can all impact the predicted times of tide height and current movement and strength.

Sat-Sun (5/10-11) The currents this week will be very strong Monday thru Friday. Currents are still strong on both Saturday and Sunday but have decreased from the Extra Strong currents seen during the week. On both weekend days, the "fishing" currents begin around mid-morning and last well into the afternoon.

(Winds, barometric pressure, weather changes and myriads of other factors, including hurricanes and tropical strorms, can change current predictions...)
