	Ultra-Compact Marine 8 kw Diesel Gen Set Today's boater demands more amenities onboard without sacrificing the performance of their craft. To satisfy customer requests for a powerful, compact and lightweight generator, Next Generation Power introduces its Ultra-Compact Marine 8 kW diesel gen-set.   The UCM 3-8.0 runs at a comfortable 2,800 rpm. The most powerful in the company's line of ultra-compact marine gen-sets, this 3-cylinder joins the 1-cylinder UCM 1-3.5 and the 2-cylinder UCM 2-5.5.   Traditionally, small gen-sets have run at high speeds, while large models run at low speeds. Because the UCM 3-8.0 runs at a mid-speed, it offers the best of both worlds. It creates much less wear, vibration and noise than high speed units and has the prolonged-life of a low speed unit without being bulky and heavy.   Ideal for fitting into tight spots on mid-size vessels, the compact 8 kW gen-set measures 23" long x 18.5" wide x 20" high.
